Supply Chain Transformation

  • Project:

    The organization was undergoing a major supply chain transformation. The communications team was challenged to come up with a way to explain to employees the nature of the effort—what it was and what it means in their everyday lives—and what they can expect.

  • Challenge:

    To take a very complex and hard-to-explain topic and make it easily digestible—and to do so in a fun and engaging way.

  • Role:

    Executive producer. Hatched the video animation ideal. Oversaw creative team and final production of video.

  • Results:

    Used animation to meet the goal of presenting complex topic in an engaging, fun and easy-to-digest manner. The video was extremely well received, and is still in use today, 3 years after it was first launched.
